Pioneer Days To Teach Preparedness

Join me tonight on The 21st Century Homekeeper radio program. I will be talking about how to hold Pioneer Days and teach your children about preparedness.

Right before the program I will post links for making a simple shelter, fire making and cooking over a fire as well as some suggestions for books to read, activity ideas and other resources.

I’ll also give you some information on 6 other skills:

*Create a Food prep area

*Create a bed

*Dry Apples

*Roast chicken over a fire

*Make  a Quill Pen

*Make Oak Gall Ink ( from acorns)

I hope you can join me at 7 pm tonight, live. But if you can’t be there, you can download the program and listen any time!
