Terri
Terri Jorgensen and husband, Steve, live on 5 acres in rural northern California in a log home Steve built “from scratch”. Terri and Steve have been married for 35 years and have raised 7 children, the youngest of which still lives at home. Terri’s interests range from animal husbandry and gardening to various home arts, including cooking from scratch, sewing and needlecraft. She loves to read good literature and has a collection of books by godly men that she hopes, one day, to finally have time to read. She has experienced various educational environments: Christian School, public school, and finally home school. After the Lord Jesus Christ, her marriage and family are her greatest treasures and vocation.
Terri’s Favorite Bible Verse
My favorite passage is Psalm 139, which tells me that the Lord knows me inside and out, and has since before I was born. He wired me according to His plan for my life and guides me through all kinds of situations. There’s no place I can go that He is not already there. Nothing is ever a surprise for Him or hidden from Him and I will never become lost because He keeps me by holding me fast. He searches my heart and reveals my sin to me and leads me in the everlasting way.
Terri Absolutely Loves
I love honest, open relationships that are built and maintained by love and trust. Relationships that are fun and playful and full of laughter, as well as deep and abiding.
Terri Doesn’t Love At All
I have no use for dishonesty or manipulation of any kind and have difficulty trusting anyone who has deceived me or betrayed my trust.
