Simple Living Journal

Welcome to the Simple Living Journal at CHK! We desire to give you a peek inside homes where life is simple, frugal, slow and gentle.

In the Simple Living Journal, we feature blogs of individuals who are committed to living simply and frugally, whether rural or urban. They and their families are living out or working toward a more simple lifestyle. They might be trying to separate themselves from materialism by living frugally or paring down their personal belongings to live without as much stuff in their lives. Regardless of how simple living is uniquely expressed by each of them, they all share the desire to live more simply (whether they have it down pat or are yet working toward it).

These bloggers write about their daily happenings, what they are doing at home, in the yard, on the land, with animals, with their children, etc. Much of this will be expressed from the standpoint of living simply, whether it has to do with what they are making or thinking, and or even the areas in which they are struggling.

We invite you to visit the blogs featured in the CHK Simple Living Journal
