Menu Plan Day

Its time to plan those menus! Are you cooking more warm, hearty meals since the weather has cooled down? Here is what is cooking in my home this week………..
menu_plan
Breakfasts ~
oats and dried fruit
biscuits, sausage
bacon, eggs, toast
egg and toast

Lunches ~
whole wheat wraps and various fillings
peanut butter and apples
salad
leftovers

Suppers ~
Butternut squash soup, cornbread
Pork loin chops ~ pork loin is commonly on sale in most grocery stores during October and November. Stock up if you can and use it in lots of different dishes.
Baked chicken, quinoa salad
Beef stew with barley
Calzones, green salad
Pork and Apple stew
