Time to plan the menu for the week!  Planning saves time and money.

Breakfasts ~
oats or other cooked cereal
eggs, toast and bacon

Lunches ~
soup and whole wheat wraps with chicken, tomato, lettuce and homemade dressing
crackers and peanut butter, apples
beans and rice
grilled hamburgers, whole wheat buns
leftovers

Suppers ~
chicken gumbo, cornbread
beef ragu with pasta
center-cut pork chops with apples, greens and sweet potatoes
meatball stew, toasted flatbread with ricotta spread
German sausages on the grill, boiled potatoes with parsley, apples and onions ~ Oktoberfest at home!
calzones using homemade pepperoni and mozzarella cheese

Desserts and Snacks ~
S’mores
