What’s cooking in your kitchen this week? Here is what I am planning on making. Come on in and read, then let me know what you’re planning.
I will cook a whole chicken in the crockpot as soon as I get it home from the grocery. Then I will pull the meat off the bones and store it in the frig for making sandwiches and wraps all week. I will use the carcass to make soup and add some homemade noodles to it.
I’ll use my little crockpot to cook oatmeal over night a few times and when ever we want yeast rolls, I will pull a few out of the freezer in the morning to bake that evening.

Miso soup
Whole wheat wraps with turkey, ham or chicken
Apples and cashew/peanut butter
Suppers
Vermont Maple Chicken

Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ham and Potato Soup
Zuppa Tuscana
Ground Beef Casserole
Leftover Soup Night ~ Where I use leftovers from the previous dinners to make a minestrone type soup
