Breakfasts ~

Lunches ~
homemade chicken noodle soup
flat bread with bean spread
flat bread with sandwich filling: turkey, lettuce, tomato
pasta and pesto
apples and peanut butter
Suppers ~
Winter Fritata – using eggs, chard, sausage, potatoes
Chicken Gumbo
Roasted Orange Chicken – using an orange obviously, sweet potatoes, leek
Pork Medallions – seared then cooked in a broth with vegetables
Pappardelle pasta with meat sauce, salad and rolls
