I am preparing Wardeh’s Chicken Salad tonight for supper and I wanted to share the dressing recipe that I use for this salad.
3 Tablespoons minced ginger root
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup agave nectar – you can use less for a less sweet dressing
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
Whisk it all together in a bowl, refrigerate til time to use. If you prefer a thick dressing, whisk in 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum. Stir again before using.
